What is PMTA?

PMTA (Premarket Tobacco Application) is an application required by the FDA to be filed for the legal listing of any new tobacco products after February 15, 2007. The FDA can approve or deny a product based on its risks and benefits to the general public.

What is GV doing for the PMTA?

We are working on Premarket Tobacco Product Applications for our major products, including Aegis and other series.

As always, we are fully committed to meeting all of our legal and regulatory obligations. A substantial amount of resources have been allocated to the compliance process, and we are confident that a PMTA can be submitted in the foreseeable future.
